Irene Who says you can't do whatever the f*** you want with your time and mind and the stories that you like to tell? The fiction writing guru Mr. Randy Ingermanson often says, that many authors like to experement in different genres by using pen names to differentiate and to not confuse their readers. It's a very legitimate demeanor and author's been doing it since dawn of time - well maybe this is a little exaggerated, I'm sure Homer didn't.
Anyway, if YOU CHOOSE to devide your writing time between 2 genres is absolutely your decision to make and you staying true to your readers by using two names to differentiate between them.
You can try children fiction next for all I care. I will probably read that too!!
