I did say I would bake the 8-layer honey cake when @silentauroriamthereal finishes writing Sonatina in G Minor. The fic is done and I have cake, so it’s time for another round of ‘eating and reading’. Last night it was a bit of ‘boozing and baking’ as I happened to have a really nice shiraz. It’s a miracle I didn’t make a mess of the cake after a couple of glasses.
