Answering Those Questions That You Never Knew You Wanted To Ask

"Have you ever wanted to paint yourself blue & run through the heather?" "Brandish a big bronze sword & shout imprecations at pesky Roman legionaries?" "Of course you have!" "And now you can!"
This Iinstructable will detail the process of making a beautiful bronze Ewart Park leaf-shaped through gathering materials, making a blank, creating a mold, melting the metal, and pouring the sword. There are several files included that will make the blank easier for you to make, as well as links to outside sources for instruction not quite in the scope of this instructable and for purchasing hard-to-find resources. (eg. constructing a cheap metal-melting forge, buying delft clay/oil sand) Access to basic woodworking tools and the ability to use them is assumed, but pretty much everything else involved can be made or figured out.

"Did you just start watching Doctor Who on BBC America  and you now have thousands of questions to know what is going on?"   "You need The Tardis Library." "Welcome To The Library!" Thanks for stopping by. The TARDIS Library is here to give you the facts on 2 things - Police Boxes of the 20th Century and TARDISes (of all ages...) Using the navigation links which feature on all pages of the site you should be able to find all sorts of treasures, including juicy insider's info on TARDISes from Anthony Sibley and a full history of the real-life Police Box as researched, written and preserved for many years by Pete Darrington.

And,
“River Song: Use the stabilizers!
The Doctor: It doesn't have stabilizers!
River Song: The blue switches!
The Doctor: The blue ones don't do anything, they're just... blue!
River Song: Yes they're blue: they're the blue stabilizers! [presses the button and the TARDIS indeed stabilizes] See?
The Doctor: Yeah? Well, it's boring now, isn't it? They're boring-ers! They're blue... boring-ers!
Amy: Doctor, how come she can fly the TARDIS?
The Doctor: You call that flying the TARDIS? [scoffs] Ha!
River Song: Okay, I've mapped the probability vectors, done a fold-back on the temporal isometry, charted the ship to its destination and... [presses a button, the cloister bell clangs] parked us right alongside.
The Doctor: Parked us? But we haven't landed!
River Song: Of course we've landed; I just landed her.
The Doctor: But it didn't make the noise.
River Song: What noise?
The Doctor: You know, the... [does an impression of the TARDIS materialization sound]
River Song: It's not supposed to make that noise. You leave the brakes on.
The Doctor: Yes, well, it's a brilliant noise. I love that noise.”

Thanks for reading.

I have been thinking. And man, does it hurt. Besides all that, I've been wondering whatever happened to my good friend, "The Jeff." I haven't heard a word from him for weeks. I hope he is finally coming out with the Third Installment of "My Hometown News," because I am really looking forward to some Unbiased News from someone who knows what is Newsworthy!

Thanks again for reading.
