Your favorite reporter was once again at the Arcana Maximus in Freywater, and she was told that the Ibunana plans to petition the emperor to, once again, have those of magical blood banned from the Xaggarene Empire. This happened once before during the reign of Emperor Lazarus Nicodemus back in 4725 AOP and resulted in the Shadow Walker headquarters moving to Corleon and the wizards running to E’ma Thalas. Will the Ibunana be successful this time? This reporter hopes so.
