font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 200%;">General Manager for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, David Wright.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">  </span>That’s him on the left, and for out of towners, that’s Garcetti on the right, looking mayoral.</span><span style="font-family: "geneva";
