Seeilin I'm very sorry - but I still can't stop laughing XD' That must have been your worst flight experience EVER! and I truly hope it was the worst, because I'm not sure what could top THAT.^^ Also, I'm pretty sure that Sauerkraut is not - in any possible way - harmful :) [Unless paired with garlic and no teeth brushing that makes for a very... special odor, and should thereby be considered as a weapon ;) On the other hand: people would have parted to let you through XD']

Commentary A. Never travel in Europe in August. The airports are packed and the entire population goes on vacation for a month so services are non existent. And it is hot and humid to boot.
B. Always fly as direct as possible. No layovers if you can help it.
C. Never fly through Paris unless that actually is your destination.
D. Always book directly with your airline and do not use travel services as it is crazy to try to rebook anything.
E. Only buy black suitcases, colors alert the travel demons that you are an amateur and they call their friends for the party.
F. Chill, it is only travel and they will always get you home again.

Glad you made it home safely!
