Reborn #1 Variant Cover

Man, this summer has been a busy one for me. Ever since I left the Wonder Woman gig, I’ve been bombarded with job offers. (Thank you everyone for the outpouring of love and support, and the fantastic job offers.)

Lucky for me, I already have a steady job writing and drawing my creator-owned book, Skybourne, at BOOM! Studios. So I can pick and choose my side jobs.

One of the side jobs that I decided upon was Reborn #1 variant cover because I’m a huge fan of Mark Millar and Greg Capullo, two of the top talents in the business at their creative peak. And also, this cover gave me an excuse to barbarians, dragons and hot women. All the stuff I love to draw.

So here’s the pencil sketch of the cover thus far. I’ll post the finished inks later.
