This was really interesting to read. I tend to be in the 80/20 camp but I’m more of the “jack-of-all-trades” type. 10K hours to become part of the top 1% seems daunting but spending 200 hours on three areas (and combine them) to get to the top 25% (600 hours total) seems very doable.
