Introducing Age of the Eclipse Cover Reveal!
I am so excited to reveal my cover for book 5, Age of the Eclipse! I am finalizing the story now, only have about 15K words left to go and then it will go off to the beta readers and I will do my re-writes! That process usually takes 7-10 days. If I focus really hard I can finish the book this week! The reason it is taking so long is that I have sought out professional help for character development. I take all of the suggestions seriously, so if you ever wondered if authors read those reviews, I am proof they do! This book will be full length (over 3 x’s the size of book 1)! I have also been busy writing some short stories for two different anthologies!
One of those released earlier this month, Inanna’s Circle, has the prequel to The Eclipse Series. This book picks up where book 4, Eclipse of the Heart, left off. But it is also the beginning of the next part of the series. B’Lana begins her journey that will see her fulfill the prophecy and we are introduced to new characters as well. Some will die, how could I not kill off new people? Some will stay with us for a while. Magic is also introduced and more about the prophecy is revealed. If you haven’t read the prequel, Eclipse of the Beginning, I suggest you do so now so that you can understand the end of this story.
However, if you have not read any of my books yet, you can jump in here. I wrote it so that new readers can jump in at this point. But I would suggest at least reading the prequel which is in Inanna’s Circle anthology. Then after you read this book, you will probably want to go back and read how it all began for B’Lana. That is why this books begins Part II of my universe.
