The Cure for Sins & Sicknesses

Abstract --This term paper defines Fasting from different perspectives, and emphasizes on it from the point of view of Islam. In addition, it spots the light on “IF”, Intermittent Fasting, which is a dietary habit followed by non-Muslims, but is very similar to the Fasting litigated in Islam. It compares its benefits and plans to the conditions of Islamic fasting based on personal experiences of non-Muslims.
