The populist movement in the US can be seen easily enough.

The Democratic Party, at one time a champion of the common person, the laborer, the union member, the poor working stiff, has abandoned this base in favor of a globalist agenda (perceived, rightly or wrongly, as America comes second), and to fight for a bunch of groups that have defined themselves as “marginalized”. By doing this, they have marginalized their own traditional base, who are now going over to Trump. The problem is that the “marginalized” groups, all together, don’t out-number the previously UN-marginalized base, who are now marginalized by their own party.

And they’re pissed about it.

Championing groups who view themselves as marginalized is fine, but you would think that they could do both. You would think anyway. Also, you would think they could sell the globalism spiel a little better. You would think anyway.

Another problem is that the Democratic Party is now perceived (again, rightly or wrongly) as being snarky and elitist to anyone not indocrinated into liberal dogma via academia or media (i.e., college and every tv show and movie). In other words, they consider anyone who disagrees with them even a little to be an idiot, a rube, or a bumpkin.

And this attitude is going over REAL well.

So there you have it. Trump will be the next President, thanks almost entirely to the Democratic Party.

On the Republican side, you have a washed-up meaningless party taking pretend stands on pretend social issues, which it does as a sort of “act” to differentiate itself from the globalist PC bullshit Democrats. No ones buys it anymore, especially their members. Republicans have been Democratric lap dogs for years, more than a decade. Their pretend indignation at gay marriage or whatever, was a distraction to this. The truth is, most rank and file Repuiblicans don’t give a shit about gay marriage.

What’s REALLY happening is that the establishment, both the Republican and Democrat, is full of fucking shit and now everybody knows it. The definition of this is populism.

Trump will become the next President due to rebellion against elites, both the liberals and the pretend conservatives.

You watch.
