I found my way back and have taken up residency in Weslyn, Connecticut once again. I’ve missed this town and those who live here. I’m listening to conversations and finding myself smiling, comforted by the familiar voices. Although I’ve only just arrived, it feels like I’ve never left.
I am several chapters into their story and am reluctant to leave my computer - already captivated. I don’t know how that will affect my relationships with my family and friends, but I am going to exist in a dazed state for the next month or two - so please excuse my incoherency. My eyes are weary, reminding me I should blink more often, and my knees are sore since I haven’t stood up in a while.
I want more than anything to extend my visit - however, sleep is necessary, and Weslyn will still be waiting by the blinking cursor when I return tomorrow. But it’s so nice to be back.
