I believe this is just a competition for US residents. 

I know international readers feel left out of a lot of this stuff and I do truly feel rotten for that. The problem is that my US publisher is legally prohibited from offering goodies or trips outside of the US. But we did try to put something special together for the pre-order campaign, so I hope you guys will be excited about that when we finally get to share it.
