You always see those tumblr posts about how someone saw a dog and started crying or texted the bff who instantly knew the reason for the emotion on the other end or whatever, but… no joke, I saw a dachshund today and it was so damned cute! The owners let me pat him and ask him who was a good boy repeatedly for a solid five minutes or so and I tried to leave (not very hard, but I did) and then he flooped over onto his back and cried until I rubbed his tummy. I DIEEED. It was the best!! Dachshunds are sort of notoriously unfriendly to people they don’t know and these people told me that theirs is a bit leery of most strangers, too, but apparently he just took to me instantly. It made my DAY. 

I also had a super busy but very good rest of the day! And thank you so, so much to all of you incredibly lovely people who replied to my most about moving the other day, or sent private messages. I can’t tell you how much that means to me! Love to you all! <33333333333333333333
