BALCONY. �� I dream of a balcony. Hope everything works out well, good health to you & your doggie.

Thank you!! :) :) :) Balconies are actually very common here! I was in the minority in not having one! The typical Québec City building is three stories, each with a balcony (or porch on the bottom level) and outdoor stairs leading from the first storey to the second. It’s a very nice old French style from just before the fin-de-siècle period. I currently (until tomorrow!!) live in a basement, though, so no balcony for me! I’m really excited! :)
