About Fred Mandell

Fred Mandell Creativity Business Fred Mandell has earned a reputation as a highly innovative business leader, author, widely collected sculptor and painter and leadership provocateur. He has helped thousands of individuals and their organizations internationally to develop their creative skills and enhance their personal and professional growth. In 2014, Fred launched the not for profit organization The Global Institute for the Arts and Leadership (TGIAL.) Its mission is to create a more peaceful, sustainable and beautiful world by developing positive, transformational leaders through the arts worldwide. Fred also currently teaches the highly rated arts based program at MIT Sloan School of Management entitled “The Leader as Artist.”During his 21 year career at American Express Financial Advisors, Fred built the top sales division in the company. He went on to become the first sales leader in the 100-year history of the firm to run an investment company, which grew to over $3.5 billion under management, posting consecutive years of record earnings on his watch.
