The Order of Thoth originates the training systems that unleash the abilities of the "Ramp" which enable humans to match vampires in one on one combat.

The Order of Thoth hold innocent life as sacrosanct and manage any action against vampires to avoid killing the innocent - i.e. collateral damage is unacceptable.
