What is the Metaframe?

The Metaframe provides the framework for reality. You will see it in action in the prologue for "A Subtle Agency" the first book in the series.

The Metaframe is very difficult to access, but once accessed enables the re-setting of the rules of reality.

What was impossible can be made possible, what was possible can be made certain, what was certain can be made impossible.

There are rules.

1. You cannot change the direction or rate of time.
2. You cannot change the fundamental nature of the Metaframe itself.

Two caveats.

1. You can make yourself impossible - therefore eliminating yourself from reality.
2. The inter-relationships of the rules for reality render modification of the rules rife with complexity. It is very easy to mis-step, to create a new frame of reality that is not what you expected.

The Metaframe is everywhere and everywhen - changes once initiated, occur everywhere simultaneously.

The Metaframe is the ultimate metaphor for Power.
