I voted but it seems that this Canadian town has the same sort of homophobic population as my entire state.

I know! That’s why I’m appealing to tumblr to vote-bomb this backwards town!!!! It’s a rare case of Bible belt-y, gross fundamentalism and it makes me sick! You can vote once per day while the poll is open. Please, everyone, vote! Literally for the sake of the children - teens who need safe adults to talk to about orientation and gender identity issues. It’s literally NOT ALLOWED  to even DISCUSS it!! Please help the LGBTA+ youth of Steinbach, friends!
