So are you guys getting sick of me showing you the bread I build? I feel like I'm bragging, but then, LOOK at it. Yeah, I'm bragging. I make bread all the time, though, so I'm skilled. There's no way you can read a recipe and follow directions and come out with awesome bread. It's like poetry. You just have to do it and keep doing it until it no longer sounds stupid. Bread, bitches. And, OMG, the smell. You don't even know.
