Try better

'Try harder' is something we hear a lot. After a while, though, we run out of energy for 'harder.' 

You can harangue people about trying harder all you like, but sooner or later, they come up empty.

Perhaps it's worth trying better instead.

Try the path you've been afraid of.

Spend the time to learn a whole new approach.

Better, not harder.
