Just finished reading White Nights by Dostoevsky, remembering why I liked the 1950s movie version so much. It’s got to be one of my favorite short stories of him, all about “the dreamer.”
I’m now re-reading Wild by Cheryl Strayed. I swear between this and the last few times I’ve highlighted the entire thing and cried the whole way. If you’re a 20-something girl, or just a human on their journey, you need to read it.
Alfalfa graduated puppy kindergarten the other weekend - I can’t believe he’s turning 9 months old this month. And I still can’t believe he likes showers.
