i deactivated my facebook account in order to get away from the self-promotion scene. i found that it was disrupting my actual work, which is writing poems. writing poems is my job and if i'm not writing poems or creating in some way then i'm not happy. and if i'm not happy then i need to change something.

this is a start.

i might stop using twitter as well (and after this! which is great, thanks ani! i just want to do what dave chapelle would do).
