Polishing SWEET BYTES

It all starts with cleaning up the misused or overused words.  Besides the fact that a heroine should not glance, roll her eyes, glare, and just, just, actually shimmer and scowl every other paragraph for the whole dang book,
.
it always trowels up rotten potatoes.
.
A rotten potato is what I call a mistake I overlooked.  It usually hides behind run-on sentences and prepositional phrases.  Very annoying.
.
This is all tedious work, but it must be done.  Pop over to Just About Write  if you need help with this one too.
