Two months from today
Lost Edens will launch. It seems like too much time and not enough time all at once.
The top three descriptions/reactions of Lost Edens that I've received from early readers are: disturbing, haunting, and sad. Hm. I've started telling people to have a drink (or two) handy when they read the book. Seems like it might help matters.
As for me, I'm in the process of trying to make sure the pieces for Lost Edens come together (who knew one little book would have so many pieces? Audio book! eBook! Deleted chapters! Author Q/A! Book club questions!) I'm also in the process of making sure that the follow-up to Lost Edens (currently titled Dunloe Avenue) is pretty darn cheery.
I'm hoping that the top three descriptions/reactions for my Dunloe Avenue project will be: uplifting, heartwarming, and insightful.
Well, maybe insightful is too much to ask for. Maybe just touching? Yep. I'll go for touching: uplifting, heartwarming, and touching.
If disturbing, haunting, and sad don't quite float your boat just wait for the next book. The way the publishing process goes it will probably be available in 2016.
