The first day of summer

The first day of summer brings thoughts of getting away from it all. I was surfing the web, the only sort of surfing I do although the real kind looks like fun, and found this picture. The scene beckons to me, calling me to step through into life lived at a slower pace. I want to sit in the shade and gaze out over the water.

Hmm. That might be just enough beach for me this year.
