Book Review – Just An Odd Job Girl by Sally Cronin
Today I’m sharing my review on Sally Cronin’s book ‘Just An Odd Job Girl’.
Sally is not only a dear friend of mine, but she’s an amazing writer who knows how to draw her readers in with heartfelt emotion. And she happens to be one of the busiest bloggers I know. She runs numerous series on her blog from her health series, to short stories, to featuring other artists and authors and their works which she extends an open invitation to all to submit their books to be featured on her blog. Sally is a big personality with a big heart.
And speaking of her generosity, Sally has featured this book in weekly installments on her blog, so if you go to her blog, you can read the book for free HERE.
Please keep in mind, that even if we read books free or gifted, it’s still a huge appreciation to an author to leave a review if you’ve enjoyed it. And a small reminder to other authors who seem to have a problem with Amazon taking off their reviews, it’s quite alright to review a book of an author friend as long as you add a disclaimer to the review, something like this will suffice: “This book was a gift from the author”.

Review
Imogen takes us on a journey of her colourful life through sharing her stories about the many jobs and careers she experienced in her younger life while taking the plunge and being interviewed for a job after decades of not working.
After finding herself single after exiting a loveless marriage, she decides it’s time to change her life and rebuild her self-esteem.
Cronin’s flair for the written word and subtle humour keeps us wanting to know more about Imogen’s life, while rooting for her till the end.
