And now it's Friday.

OMG! Where did the week go? Is the Grinch getting in some practice 6 months ahead of time? I feel like I've gotten nothing done all week. I can say that edits are done on Truth Or Dare and it's now in the hands of the FLE who will (fingers crossed) hopefully find only minor issues but preferably none. I loved working with Heidi on our first book together. It's often a little scary to work with an editor the first time but Heidi and I meshed well and I'm looking forward to a long wonderful editor/author relationship with her.

I finally have a release date for Truth Or Dare. January 17 2012. I know it's sounds far away but I'm sure yesterday was February and apparently it's June so I see the next 7 months flying by. Truth Or Dare is the second book in the Party Games series I'm writing with Lexxie Couper, the first book, Suck And Blow will be out November 15th 2011. There's another two books in the series that we're working on as well and we just might come up with some more stories in the future because it's been such damn good fun collaborating with Lexxie that I'm reluctant to see the series end. Although I could always come up with another one to work together on….*grin*

I'm busy with Steve and Doc. It's been slow going but I'm more than halfway done so I should have them and their story ironed out by early next week when I'll pack it up all nice and sparkly and send it to my beta reader, Fedora and two of my CP's. Then I'll smooth out any edges they find and ship it off to my Ellora's Cave editor. I'm sure Grace will be thrilled to finally get her hands on some more coyotes.

Mr.C is off to India next week so I see lots of writing time in the wee hours of the morning while he's away. I'll even be able to curl up in bed with my electric blanket on and write until I fall asleep. Can't do that when he's home and it gets awfully cold in my office so I usually quit around midnight. Unfortunately I'm usually not able to sleep until 4am so I'm looking forward to using those hours next week.

Other than that there isn't much going on around here. I'm still recuperating but I received a clean bill of health from the doc yesterday so I see things improving quickly now the horrible germ has been eradicated. Seeing how it's Friday evening here I'm going to make myself a cuppa and slide on into the weekend. Here's hoping the weather is warm and the sun keeps shining.
