Free book downloads to my 1000th follower...

Hi everyone

I can now share the fabulous news that I am nearing my 1000th follower on Twitter (@RobKeeleyAuthor)! Since the channel launched last July, I’ve been overwhelmed and occasionally surprised by the number and variety of people who’ve followed me, ranging from book shops and bloggers to soap stars and kids’ TV presenters, and even a fictional giraffe! So, to say thank you...

My 1000th follower will receive a very special reward: a FREE download of each of my first two eBooks for the 8-12s: The Alien in the Garage and The (Fairly) Magic Show! These will be sent to the lucky individual via Twitter in a direct message, in the form of discount codes. The 1000th follower will also have their name/Twitter handle tweeted by me with a special message of congratulations.

Terms and conditions (sorry!): each of the two codes will allow the 1000th follower to redeem a free, one-time-only download of the eBook via iTunes. They must have an Apple account for these to be downloaded. I also reserve the right to disqualify anyone from being the 1000th follower, and to block them on Twitter, if in my opinion they are not a suitable person to receive this reward. I’ve often said on Twitter that I am a children’s and family author and will not allow inappropriate content from my followers. I am also not interested in companies or other organisations following me simply to promote services not related to my activities as a writer. Hence no one of that nature will be receiving the free downloads! If such a follower is blocked, the reward will go to the next suitable follower past the post.
