Summer!

It's summertime, school is out and I am free (sort of).  I am excited to spend my summer focusing on my writing.  For some reason my best and most productive writing happens at about three in the morning.  Since I don't have to get up for work early in the morning any more I will be able to get a lot of writing done.  I don't know why my best writing happens after midnight.  Sometimes it just feels like my mind comes alive at that time.  I have no responsibilities, no pressure from the outside world.  I'm not tired.  I just want t write.  The next day, when I look at what I have created I am amazed.  There is magic in the words that came from my pen during the night and I am inspired to continue.  I love this time of year.
