Having read Paradox – The Angels Are Here, I feel I've been left with a different world view on angels, heaven and spirituality. I wasn't supposed to read this book until I finished two others I had in front of it. After a peak inside I was sucked in and finished the book in one evening. It was a little hard to follow at times, but the author did an amazing job with the characters. I will be reading the next in the series. I liked Paradox. I was torn between 4 and 5 stars, in the end, I decided the quite original plot was worth five stars. The plot is new, it's different, it's something that hasn't been done before. Good angels vs evil angels. I read a lot of paranormal literature, so the paranormal elements were already a plus point. OMG…I'm was completely floored at how wonderfully well written this book was. The best "hook" I've read in any book. The story-line is so original! I loved it. That's all I have to say

I was able to snag a copy of Paradox from Smashwords. I was kinda interested, because I had never really read any Angel type fiction before. The book started out really nicely, with some interesting background about the Angels and their different houses.
