10 Things I Found Today While Cleaning

A copy of the Danish Baroness Thomasine Gyllenbourg-Ehrensvard's 1828 romance (written in Danish) En Hverdagshistorie. She wrote it, and most of her books, anonymously. I bought it from Hanover College for a buck when they were renovating the library and cleaning house. It's very old and very beautiful, with gold trimmings. It's in such good condition I doubt anyone ever checked it out of the library. I can't find too much info about the book to see its monetary worth. Not even on Ebay. Guess I'll have to wait until the Antiques Roadshow comes to town.

Two Buckshot videos starring Franco Corelli (the hot ass porn star, not the opera singer). What an ass! Unfortunately, it's VHS and I haven't owned a VCR in years.

A Dreamboys photo book I bought in Australia with Ian Thorpe on the cover and musclemen throughout. I remember when I bought this the shop owner, who looked every bit the rough, mustached Australian stereotype, gave me a strange look and said, "We have exercise magazines in the back." I assured him I was not looking for an exercise magazine.

A copy of Childe Harold's Pilgrimage by Lord Byron from 1813.

The awesomely-bound Pandora and Vittorio the Vampire by Anne Rice.

My boarding pass from LA to Australia. The flight where I met that hot flight attendant with the rugby legs that I turned into the story "Deacon Decides" from Mr. Right Now .

The only two porn DVDs I own: Playing with Fire with Caesar, and Lords of the Ring.

The how-to guide, Maximum Orgasm: A Man's Guide to Tantric Pleasure. It didn't work.

Renaissance, Reformation, & Revolution: An Anthology of Tudor & Stuart Texts, edited by Dr. Frank Luttmer. I spent a summer helping Dr. Luttmer, my history prof at Hanover College, type this manuscript. He passed away a few weeks ago. He was a wonderful man. I don't know if this was ever published.

A Pete North 9 inch dildo with squeezable balls. And, yes.
