Colleen O'grady we children certainly had our favourite hidey place didn't we. Mine was in a patch of scrub close to the bacyard fence where I hid and played imaginary games of housekeeping with broken bits of pretty china to amke up my crockery, and a small branch to sweep the area clean. This was around the ages of 8-10. What child would do that today?

Susan Dayley In our backyard, each child chose a corner for a 'house.' Meals were dandelion flowers and small red berries. I wish we had the china bits. I also love the idea of sweeping.
