A Tale of Two Rocks
[image error]
One of my co-workers told me a sweet romantic tale of two rocks yesterday and I had to share it.
Her brother has a garden of rocks and he said when friends and family come to visit, they get to select a rock to represent him or herself, so select a rock. So she called her husband and he didn't want to leave the house to pick out a rock for himself, so she did, and set them apart just where she wanted in her brother's rock garden.
"Don't you want to put them closer?" her brother asked.
"I'm not a clinging vine," she said.
So he left the rocks where they were, and there they sat adrift from each other for eons.
Then her brother called her yesterday with a new development. Torrential rains had eroded his rock bed and in the upset, she and her husband's rock had moved together and were now snuggling against each other.
The moral of the story is: If you can weather the storms, you'll be just that much closer in the end.
What do you think?
I say: Rock on!
Oh, and Heart of the Highland Wolf ranked below 100 yesterday in sales!! Woohoo! So did The Dark Fae!!
Have a super Thursday!!!
