Time for an Update

I haven't blogged in a while for a couple of reasons:

1) I finished the first draft of Descended by Blood! This was huge for me. The night I finished it, I was super excited. I had the same hyper feeling I did when I got engaged. The love from twitter was awesome. Tweeps were retweeting my post, and people I didn't know or follow were congratulating me. It felt epic!
