"My first impression when I saw the paperback of Betrayal was whoa! This is a big book! I may have been a little daunted! But please, do not let the length of the book deter you. The story is so enthralling that I was reluctant to put it down to sleep or do anything else and I would fantasize about Cordelia's world when I was not reading. The characters were distinct and varied. I really liked Cordelia. Her struggle to remember her previous life added depth to her and her experiences from both of her lives bettered her as a person."
