Hey Taylor,
here is sth that I recently started doing that you might find useful:
I put sticky notes up all around my house with the individual habits/tasks on them as a visual reminder. E.g. a note on my mirror to remind me to think about 3 things I am grateful for when I brush my teeth. Or one by my bed to for writing in my dream diary in the morning.
