SINCLAIR PUBLISHING WILL CHANGE OUR LEGAL ORGANIZATION

I will change the organization of Sinclair Publishing, LLC from a Limited Liability Company to full Incorporation with investors making up the Board of Directors as soon as we have found investors for the last 12% ownership stake.

Once we Incorporate we will do so as a private company with exactly 100 shares with one share issued for each 1% ownership stake.

I hope to have this done prior to under going Cardio Catheterization to determine if Stints will work or if I have to have Bypass surgery. I
