Happily ever after

To those of you who've asked (and I've said this for a long time), of COURSE my goal is to give Merit a happily ever after. She's been through a lot; she deserves one.

Michelle Cummings Glad to hear it. I had trouble getting to sleep after finishing Hard Bitten last night. Loved the book, not happy about the ending :(

Sha That's good to hear. I was super excited for days for May 3 but was so saddened and disturbed after reading. Ive cried, laughed, screamed, and gone ballistic that my husband and kids thought i was going crazy hahaha. I'm now in a quiet place........ lol

Ann Glover-Archer I finished it yesterday and was in tears myself! I was so not expecting the ending! I know you are going get us to a happy place...just wish it would have been with a particular someone....no spoiler. Can't wait until November!!

Trish The book is wonderful for many reason's. The anticipation and hope the action and the devastation.

That you can impact readers this way only proves the true genius you are. I am in mourning for seven days 'blackout' in memory of ? I wont say - slience descended.

I'm like you too Michelle.....definitely not happy with the ending, but hopeful all will turn out right in DD. Lets not forget Gabriels vision!!!!

Stephanie I'm glad that you say that!
You were amazing to give Merit that last dream at the end. She wouldn't be Merit if she was mourning too long for Ethan.
I felt a little bit dead after reading about Ethan but I really hope Merit will be happy in the end.
Ethan was my favorite character [next to Merit] so I will miss him but I'm curious to see how the rest of the series will pan out, especially since Tate and Celina have been..contained? (LOL)
And as for Gabriel's vision from Twice Bitten...'hopefully' is all I have to say. Hopefully.
