Good sleep is important. I try to let my body wake up and for the days I cannot risk oversleeping I have a Philips Wake-up Light. It starts out very dim and slowly becomes stronger, so you will wake up more naturally, instead of an alarm which puts stress on you, and often adrenaline in your body because of the fight or flight response.
