How can you claim that Sherlock is gay when the showrunners say he isn't? After all, they are the ones in charge of the show's canon, so it's not like somebody higher than them overruled their decision. Are you taking a cue from the Cult of Destiel over in

Do you mean the same showrunners who wrote Sherlock as a guy who can easily recognize other gay men by their underwear and the product in their hair? The same showrunners who wrote Sherlock as saying himself that girlfriends weren’t his area (but that he didn’t have a boyfriend and knew that having one was fine)? The same showrunners who made it so three different characters who have known Sherlock in the past saw him with a man and automatically assumed it was his new boyfriend? The same showrunners who have stated that “The Private Life of Sherock Holmes,” - a story about a canonically homosexual Holmes - was their favorite adaptation? The same showrunners who wrote mirrors of Watson and Holmes into their show Doctor Who as a lesbian couple? The same showrunners whom one of is a married gay man who continuously advocates for the LGBT community and has once said ‘Just think gay. I always do.“ ? The same showrunners who were commissioned for BBC Sherlock the same year the BBC agreed to be integrating more LGBT representative shows into their programming? The same showrunners who are famous for lying, love shocking their audience, and hate spoilers/giving things away? Those ones?

Lol yeah, u rite, u rite. Where did I come up with such a crazy cultish concept ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
