Okay I can't be sure, but I am pretty positive that it's the giveaway contest Goodreads held. I think, but don't quote me here. It's my best guess.
The contest was on her blog. What you had to do was enter a comment on her blog and she picked 14 ones at random. I think this one was a free water bottle. It was cute, but sadly the contest is already over:( But be on the lookout because I think she is going to more;)
