We never could trace this scene back to the lived ones and I always suspected that it might have been from a future scene. Sherlock dreaming of Mary’s escape, maybe while slowly connecting the dots in his MP. Maybe as he solved it along, he saw that Mary would be flight risk?

If this whole Canada speculation is true, can that be about that? Remember CAM also said all that “wet jobs” for the CIA. Does she have a past there?

And most importantly, will we see a confrontation moment in the falls? Because in TAB Sherlock hinted that unlike the Reichenbach falls scene in ACD canon, John will be at the falls, maybe it was reality disguised as symbolism because we all connected it to Bart’s rooftop. Was the fall scene in TAB a hint at how Sherlock discovered Mary’s role and envisioned it in his MP? Was Moriarty there Mary coded in reality?
