Why I Couldn't Walk Out

[image error]As I squirmed in my seat at the front of large, crowded auditorium, I knew that I was acting like I was five. I didn't care. I sighed. I twisted and turned, often glancing down at my watch. My impatience grew to anger and resentment. Why was I still here? How bad would it be if I just got up and walked out?

After listening to a repetitive fifteen-minute speech that was supposed to last five-minutes, the person at the podium finished their remarks. Now it was my turn to give a five minute feel-goo
