Building Rustic Furniture & Treehouses

It's been a reeeeeelly long time since I've cut wood and hammered nails, but I remember enjoying it as much as sewing.  Creating an image in my head of what I want and then turning it into three-dimensional reality is incredibly good fun..
I think the additional fun of building rustic furniture is that it reminds me of playing outside when I was a little girl, building my own playhouse and things out of sticks.  I was alone almost all the time and didn't have a father or anyone around who could build or give me already-built things like that.
