Help linking hardcopy and nook

Hi all!

I set up the nook version of my book. However, the epub version is not linked to the hard copy version.

Has anyone else had this issue?

I would like a reader to be able to find one version of the book and click either the hard copy or Nook version - not have to search for either or.

I think some of the issue is that the setup page for the NOOK did not allow me to put my full name (including middle name). That may be something keeping them from linking.

I posted on the B&N forums and sent some emails but not heard back from either so I thought I'd check here as well.

Thanks!!

Mitchell Cook Got this issue cleared up. The print copy and the nook version were not linked just for the reason I suspected (no middle name spot).

However, the folks at B&N told me to enter the first and middle name in the "first name" box. This seems to have done the trick. :)
