Two mediocre movies rented over the weekend. Very little viewing pleasure to be garnered from these two. Oh well, at least The Fighter and the King's Speech have given me greta entertainment value of late.
Morning Glory - In general, I am a Rachel McAdams fan. She does good work, but this performance where she plays a young television news producer paired with Harrison Ford as an old cynical news anchor lacks chemistry. Worst of all, it lacks much plot. Boring and predictable Two minutes into the movie, you know where this is heading. Then, the acting is lifeless so you do not even enjoy getting there.
