Hi Maggie! I tried to order The Raven King from The Book Depository but my order got cancelled because the book was made unavailable. I've checked other places online and a lot of the say the same Help? I'm really confused and stressed out about this

Dear k-m-e-d,

I’m afraid this is because of a positive thing with negative consequences: the first print run of the Raven King sold out just days after it came out. Scholastic is hurrying to get more books on the shelves, but it’s going to be a few weeks before orders can be fulfilled for many accounts (including, I’m afraid, the last collection of pre-orders from Fountain Bookstore — there just aren’t any books for me to sign for them to send out).

That said, there is still some unsold stock in stores, so you can try calling individual stores that carry it to see if they’ve still got some on the shelves.

urs,

Stiefvater
