Totty Tuesday – Colin Firth

Usually, my Totty Tuesday selections are somehow related to something I've been reading or watching. However, all I've been watching just lately is Supernatural, Vampire Diaries, True Blood and The Tudors. And I think I already exhausted all of that totty. I know most of you wouldn't complain if I posted previous entrants, like the lovely Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles, Alexander Skarsgard, Ian Somerhalder and Henry Cavill, but that would be lazy. I like to mix it up.

Therefore, I was surprised to note that the lovely Mr. Firth has never graced the Totty Tuesday pages. How could I have missed him!? Even though I'm British myself, I am a total sucker for his posh accent and his very prim and proper attitude. I love him to bits in Bridget Jones and Love Actually – and thought he was well deserving of everything he was nominated for/won with regards to The King's Speech.

Now, however, I'm very excited to discover that he may be playing a vampire! There are rumours circulating that he's going to play 'uncle Stoker' in a film based on Bram Stoker's classic vampire novel, Dracula. Who knows whether it will actually come about or not, but we can but hope!
