I'd like to introduce myself

Some people say that I'm a killer. They call me crazy, psychotic, deranged. But they're wrong. I'm a scholar. A man determined to teach, to demonstrate, to show what happens when you do the wrong thing. To ensure that my lessons are effective, I kill. I don't randomly choose my victims. I specifically seek them out, not for who they are, but rather for how old they are. People say age is just a number, but that's not true. Age is key. And for whom my lessons are for, age is the most important thing there is.
Ben McCallum. Detective Ben McCallum. He needs to learn. He needs to understand that for every action, there are severe reactions. So too does psychiatrist Allen Kline. He's a liar of the worst kind and he's going to realize in the worst way that lying brings nothing but pain.
My name is Patrick. And once my lessons have been given, neither Ben's, nor Allen's life will ever be the same again.
